- You have the right to revoke the agreement within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date on which you or a third party designated by you, which is not the carrier, is physically in possession of the articles.

Consequences of the revocation.
- If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to now, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs due to your choice of delivery other than our cheapest delivery), promptly and in any case not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw the agreement, from us. We will refund you with the same payment method as you used to make the original transaction unless you explicitly agreed otherwise; In any event, you will not be charged for such repayment.
- We can wait for refund until we have received the goods, or you have shown that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
- You must notify us, without delay, but not later than 14 days after the date of your decision to terminate the contract, to return or hand over the articles to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14 day period expires.
- You will have to send us the products on our mentioned addressed and email us the invoice of the shipping cost and the same shall be refunded to you when the products/goods are received in the good condition.
- You are solely responsible for the depreciation/ damage of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
- Excluded from the right of withdrawal is a consumer purchase that sees the delivery of :
- Customized and / or personalized items ordered by consumers, which are manufactured on the basis of an individual’s choice or decision, or which are clearly intended for a specific person.
- Products which, irrespective of their nature, are irrevocably mixed with other goods.
- For audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.
- For hygienic products for which the consumer has broken the seal.
- For undergarments that have been tried to maintain for the hygiene purpose.
- Online digital content, if you have already started downloading or streaming it

Limitation of liability
